before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a request, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 6307907292 within the specified time frame
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will arrange the return at no cost to you. For this An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all such claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the item to us. In such cases, the shipping charges paid by you will be fully refunded once the issue is verified and the item is received by us.

2. Returns & Refunds for Other Reasons 

If the return is requested due to reasons such as change of mind, not liking the product, or any personal preference, the following charges will apply:

* 150 Return Shipping Fee

* 5% Restocking Fee

These charges will be deducted from the refund amount after the product is received and inspected. If reverse pickup is not available, you will need to ship the product to us at your own cost. These shipping charges will not be reimbursed in such cases.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Non Eligible Cases 

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for size-related concerns, as size details are clearly mentioned on the product page.

Also requests based on minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences will not be accepted as all product images are shot in-house using professional equipment and daylight. Slight color differences may occur due to device screen settings and all product sizes follow a standard specification and are clearly mentioned in the product descriptions.
